These terms govern your use of Graft Up(“Graft Up”, “we”, “us”), the field-service software available at graftup.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Graft Up.
1. Who we are
Graft Up provides software that helps UK trade businesses run their day: customers, scheduling, quotes, invoices, certificates, payments and bookkeeping exports. You can reach us at support@graftup.co.uk.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and operating a business in the United Kingdom.
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. The service
Graft Up is a tool to help you run your business; you remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents you produce with it - including quotes, invoices, VAT treatment and any gas, electrical or other certificates. Issuing a certificate through Graft Up does not transfer to us any responsibility for the underlying work or your competence to certify it.
4. Free trial, subscription & billing
- New accounts start with a free trial. No card is needed to begin.
- After the trial, Graft Up is a monthly subscription at the price shown in the app, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Subscription payments are processed by Mollie.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- You can cancel at any time - see our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Graft Up. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. Where that data includes information about your own customers, you are the data controller for it and we act as your processor - see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details and for meeting your own data-protection obligations.
6. Taking payment from your customers
Card and bank payments from yourcustomers are processed by third parties (such as Stripe) under their own terms, and settle to your own connected account. Graft Up is not a party to those payments and does not hold your customers' funds.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Graft Up unlawfully, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach its security, or in any way that could damage the service or other users.
8. Third-party services
Graft Up integrates with services like Stripe, Mollie, Xero and QuickBooks. Your use of those is subject to their own terms and privacy notices, and we're not responsible for them.
9. Availability & warranties
We aim to keep Graft Up available and working well, and it is offline-first so much of it keeps working without signal. However the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11. Suspension & termination
You can stop using Graft Up and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. You can export your data at any time from the app.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for material changes, let you know.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
